yathā bhavati lokeṣu tathā tvaṃ kartumarhasi | mama tejastvayā śakyaṃ gṛhītuṃ surasattama | devakāryārthasiddhyarthaṃ nānyaḥ śakto jagattraye
Īśvara (Śiva) (contextually addressing Agni)
Scene: Devī, now more strategic than purely wrathful, declares that only the best of gods can receive her blazing tejas for the gods’ mission; the cosmos seems to lean toward Agni as the chosen vessel.
Dharma includes capacity-based duty: the one who is fit (adhikārī) must bear the task for the welfare of the worlds.
No specific tīrtha is praised in this verse; it supports the wider Revā Khaṇḍa sacred narrative frame.
None as a rite; it is a divine instruction about bearing tejas for a cosmic mission.
