सर्वमंगलसंयुक्तं लिंगं तत्राधिवासयेत् । पञ्चरात्रं त्रिरात्रं वाप्येकरात्रमथापि वा

Transliteration

sarvamaṃgalasaṃyuktaṃ liṃgaṃ tatrādhivāsayet | pañcarātraṃ trirātraṃ vāpyekarātramathāpi vā

Translation

ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವಮಂಗಳಸಂಯುಕ್ತ ಲಿಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧಿವಾಸನ (ವಿಧಿಪೂರ್ವಕ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆ) ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅದನ್ನು ಐದು ರಾತ್ರಿಗಳು, ಅಥವಾ ಮೂರು ರಾತ್ರಿಗಳು, ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಒಂದು ರಾತ್ರಿಯಾದರೂ ಪವಿತ್ರ ನಿವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಬೇಕು.
