उत्कोचकै रुचिक्रीतैस्तस्करैश्च प्रपीड्यते । यस्य राज्ञः प्रजा राष्ट्रे पच्यते नरकेषु सः

ಯಾವ ರಾಜನ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಲಂಚخورರು ಮತ್ತು ಪಕ್ಷಪಾತದಿಂದ ಖರೀದಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಕಳ್ಳರಿಂದ ಪೀಡಿತರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೋ, ಆ ರಾಜನು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳ ದುಃಖಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ನರಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದಹಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಾನೆ।
