The verse highlights Saguna Śiva as Pati—the supreme Lord—manifest with Umā, praised by the devas and realized by Siddhas, indicating that devotion and realization culminate in the direct vision and worship of Śiva.
By describing Śiva’s iconic marks (Trinetra, Candraśekhara) and His worship by perfected beings, it affirms Saguna-upāsanā as a valid, Purāṇic path; the same Lord is worshipped in the Liṅga as the accessible form of the transcendent Pati.
Adopt Śiva-stuti and pūjā with steady contemplation of Śiva’s form (three-eyed, moon-crested) while repeating the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” aligning devotion with inner dhyāna as practiced by Siddhas.
