It highlights the dharmic humility of the devas: after receiving divine audience and offering reverent praise, they return to their appointed spheres. In a Shaiva Siddhanta lens, such orderliness reflects īśvara-niyati—cosmic governance—where beings progress by devotion, gratitude, and disciplined return to duty.
Though the verse centers on Mahāviṣṇu, it models a key Shaiva devotional principle: honoring saguna manifestations through namaskāra and stuti. The same posture applies in Liṅga-worship—approaching the manifest form with reverence, praise, and then living one’s dharma as an offering to Śiva.
A simple practice is implied: darśana (contemplative visualization), followed by namaskāra and stuti. As a Shaiva takeaway, one may conclude worship with a short Śiva-stuti and mentally dedicate the day’s actions to Śiva—optionally with japa of the Pañcākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” before returning to daily duties.
