तं नो विश्वा अवस्युवो गिरः शुम्भन्ति पूर्वथा । इन्दुमिन्द्राय पीतये ॥
Transliteration
táṃ no víśvā avasyúvo gíraḥ śúmbhanti pū́rva-thā́ | índum índrā́ya pītáye ||
Translation
ನಮಗಾಗಿ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ಬಯಸುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಗಿರಃ (ಸ್ತುತಿಗಳು) ಅವನನ್ನು ಪುರಾತನ ವಿಧಿಯಂತೆ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸುತ್ತವೆ; ಇಂದ್ರನ ಪಾನಾರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಾನ ಇಂದು (ಸೋಮಬಿಂದು) — ಜ್ಯೋತಿಯ ಅಧಿಪತಿ ಇಂದ್ರನ ಶಕ್ತಿ ನಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಲೆಂದು.
