अग्ने धृतव्रताय ते समुद्रायेव सिन्धवः । गिरो वाश्रास ईरते ॥
Transliteration
ágne dhṛtá-vratāya te samudrā́ya-iva síndhavaḥ | gíro vāśrā́sa īrate ||
Translation
ಹೇ ಅಗ್ನಿ, ಧೃತವ್ರತ! ನದಿಗಳು ಸಮುದ್ರದತ್ತ ಹರಿಯುವಂತೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ವಾಣಿಗಳು—ಆರ್ತನಾದದಿಂದ ಕೂಗುತ್ತ—ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಹರಿದು ಚಲಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.
