यो अस्मै हव्यदातिभिराहुतिं मर्तोऽविधत् । भूरि पोषं स धत्ते वीरवद्यशः ॥
Transliteration
yó asmai havyádātibhir ā́hutiṃ márto’vídhat | bhū́ri póṣaṃ sá dhatte vīrávad yáśaḥ ||
Translation
ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಹವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾದ ದಾನಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಆಹುತಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತಾನೋ, ಅವನು ತನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹು ಪೋಷ (ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿ) ಯನ್ನು ಧರಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ—ಅದು ವೀರ್ಯವಂತ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಾನ ಯಶಸ್ಸಾಗಿ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
