Sukta 7.9
स सुक्रतुर्यो वि दुरः पणीनां पुनानो अर्कं पुरुभोजसं नः । होता मन्द्रो विशां दमूनास्तिरस्तमो ददृशे राम्याणाम् ॥
sa sukrátur yó ví dúraḥ paṇīnām punānáḥ arkáṃ purubhójasam naḥ | hotā mandró viśā́m damū́nās tirás támo dadṛśe rāmyā́ṇām ||
ಅವನು ಸುಕ್ರತು—ಸರಿ ವಿವೇಕಶಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದವನು—ಪಣಿಗಳ ದ್ವಾರಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಶಾಲವಾಗಿ ತೆರೆಯುವವನು; ತಾನೇ ಶುದ್ಧನಾಗುತ್ತಾ, ನಮ್ಮಿಗಾಗಿ ಅನೇಕ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸುವ ವಾಣಿಯ ಪ್ರೇರಿತ ಅರ್ಕ (ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ-ಅಗ್ನಿ) ಯನ್ನು ಹೊರತರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಜನಗಳ ಆನಂದಮಯ, ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಾನ ಹೋತಾ, ದಮೂನಾಸ್—ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದ ಗೃಹದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವವನು—ರಮ್ಯಾಣಾಂ (ರಮಣೀಯ ಲೋಕ/ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳ) ಅಂಧಕಾರವನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಕಾಣಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
