आ यातमुप भूषतं मध्वः पिबतमश्विना । दुग्धं पयो वृषणा जेन्यावसू मा नो मर्धिष्टमा गतम् ॥
Transliteration
ā́ yātam úpa bhūṣataṃ mádhvaḥ píbatam aśvinā | dúgdhaṃ páyo vṛṣaṇā jényāvasū mā́ no mardhiṣṭam ā́ gatam ||
Translation
ಹೇ ಅಶ್ವಿನೌ, ಬನ್ನಿರಿ; ಸಮೀಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿರಿ; ಮಧುಮಯ ರಸವನ್ನು ಪಾನಮಾಡಿರಿ. ಹೇ ವೃಷಣರೇ, ಹೇ ಜೆನ್ಯವಸೂ (ವಿಜಯಶೀಲ ಧನವಂತರೇ), ಹಾಲು—ಪಯಃ, ಪೋಷಕ ಸಾರವನ್ನು—ಪಾನಮಾಡಿರಿ; ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನ ಕುಗ್ಗಿಸಿರಿ; ನಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ.
