गृहमेधास आ गत मरुतो माप भूतन । युष्माकोती सुदानवः ॥
Transliteration
gṛhámedhāsa ā́ gata maruto mā́pa bhūtana | yuṣmā́kōtī́ sudānavaḥ ||
Translation
ಹೇ ಮರುತೋ, ಗೃಹಮೇಧಾಸ (ಗೃಹ-ಯಜ್ಞದ ಅಧಿಪತಿಗಳೇ), ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ; ನಮ್ಮಿಂದ ದೂರವಾಗಬೇಡಿರಿ. ಹೇ ಸುದಾನವ (ಉದಾರ ದಾತರೇ), ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಕ್ಷಕ ಸಹಾಯ ನಮ್ಮದಾಗಲಿ.
