Sukta 7.30
अहा यदिन्द्र सुदिना व्युच्छान्दधो यत्केतुमुपमं समत्सु । न्यग्निः सीददसुरो न होता हुवानो अत्र सुभगाय देवान् ॥
ahā́ yádindra su-dínā vy-ucchā́n dadho yát ketúm upa-máṃ samátsu | ny àgníḥ sī́dad ásuro ná hótā huvānó átra su-bhágāya devā́n ||
ಹೇ ಇಂದ್ರ, ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಯ ದಿನಗಳು ಉದಯಿಸಿ ತೆರೆಯುವಾಗ, ಮತ್ತು ನೀನು ಸಮತ್ಸು—ಯುದ್ಧಗಳಲ್ಲಿ—ಜ್ಯೋತಿಯ ಪರಮ ಕೇತು (ಧ್ವಜ)ವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವಾಗ, ಆಗ ಅಗ್ನಿ ಅಸುರನಂತೆ ಸ್ವಾಮೀ-ಹೋತೆಯಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ನೆಲೆಸುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಭಗತೆಗೆ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
