एषा स्या नो दुहिता दिवोजाः क्षितीरुच्छन्ती मानुषीरजीगः । या भानुना रुशता राम्यास्वज्ञायि तिरस्तमसश्चिदक्तून् ॥
Transliteration
eṣā́ syā́ no duhitā́ divojā́ḥ kṣitī́r ucchántī mā́nuṣīr ajīgar | yā́ bhānúnā rúśatā rā́myāsv ajñā́yi tirás támasaś cid aktū́n ||
Translation
ಇವಳೇ—ನಮ್ಮ ದ್ಯೌಜನ್ಯ ದುಹಿತೆ—ಉದಯಿಸಿ, ಮಾನವ ವಾಸಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾಳೆ. ಯಾರು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಾನ ಕಿರಣದಿಂದ ರಮ್ಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಳೆಯುತ್ತಾಳೋ, ಆಕೆ ಅಂಧಕಾರದ ರಾತ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮೀರಿ ಜನಿಸಿದವಳು.
