Sukta 5.6
तव त्ये अग्ने अर्चयो महि व्राधन्त वाजिनः । ये पत्वभिः शफानां व्रजा भुरन्त गोनामिषं स्तोतृभ्य आ भर ॥
táva tye agne arcáyo máhi vrā́dhanta vā́jinaḥ | yé pátvabhiḥ śaphā́nāṃ vrajā́ bhuránta gónām íṣaṃ stotṛ́bhya ā́ bhara ||
ಓ ಅಗ್ನೇ, ನಿನ್ನವೇ ಆ ಜ್ವಾಲೆಗಳು—ಅವು ಮಹತ್ತಾಗಿ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುವವು, ವಾಜ-ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣ. ಅವು ವೇಗದ ಚಲನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಧಾವಿಸಿ, ಖುರಗಳ ಬೇಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಡೆದು, ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಾನ ಗೋವೃಂದಗಳ ಗೋಶಾಲೆ-ಬಂದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭೇದಿಸುತ್ತವೆ—ಆ ಇಷ್ (ವೃದ್ಧಿ-ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ) ಯನ್ನು ಸ್ತೋತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ತಂದುಕೊಡು.
