उच्छन्तीरद्य चितयन्त भोजान्राधोदेयायोषसो मघोनीः । अचित्रे अन्तः पणयः ससन्त्वबुध्यमानास्तमसो विमध्ये ॥
Transliteration
ucchántīr adyá citayanta bhojā́n rādho-deyā́ya uṣáso maghónīḥ | acitré antáḥ paṇáyaḥ sasantu abúdhyamānās támaso ví-madhye ||
Translation
ಇಂದು ಉದಯಿಸಿ, ದಾನಶೀಲ ಮಘೋನಿಯಾದ ಉಷಸ್ಸುಗಳು ಭೋಗಿಸುವವರನ್ನು ಜಾಗೃತಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತವೆ—ಆನಂದದ ದಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ. ವರ್ಣರಹಿತ ಅಂಧಕಾರದ ಒಳಗೆ ಪಣಿಗಳು ಉಳಿಯಲಿ; ತಮಸ್ಸಿನ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಬುದ್ಧರಾಗಿ, ಅಜಾಗೃತರಾಗಿಯೇ.
