Sukta 3.61
उषो वाजेन वाजिनि प्रचेताः स्तोमं जुषस्व गृणतो मघोनि । पुराणी देवि युवतिः पुरंधिरनु व्रतं चरसि विश्ववारे ॥
uṣó vājéna vājini prá-cetāḥ stómam juṣasva gṛṇató maghoni | purāṇī́ devi yuvatíḥ puraṃdhír ánu vratáṃ carasi viśva-vāre ||
ಹೇ ಉಷಾ, ವಾಜದಿಂದ—ಬಲಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯಿಂದ—ಹೇ ವಾಜಿನಿ, ಹೇ ಪ್ರಚೇತಾ (ವಿಸ್ತೃತಚೇತನ)! ಹಾಡುವ ಸ್ತೋತನ ಸ್ತೋಮವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸು, ಹೇ ಮಘೋನಿ (ಧನದಾತ್ರೀ). ಪುರಾತನಳಾದರೂ ಸದಾ ಯುವತಿಯ ದೇವಿ, ಪುರಂಧಿ (ವಿವೇಕ-ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆ)ಯಿಂದ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣಳೇ, ಹೇ ವಿಶ್ವವಾರೆ (ಸರ್ವಕಾಮ್ಯೆ)! ನೀನು ವ್ರತಾನುಸಾರ ಚರಿಸುತ್ತೀ, ಲೋಕದ ವರಗಳನ್ನು ತರುತ್ತೀ.
