Sukta 3.35
इमं नरः पर्वतास्तुभ्यमापः समिन्द्र गोभिर्मधुमन्तमक्रन् । तस्यागत्या सुमना ऋष्व पाहि प्रजानन्विद्वान्पथ्या अनु स्वाः ॥
imáṁ nárāḥ párvatās túbhyam ā́paḥ sám indra góbhir mádhu-mantam akran | tásyā́gatya su-mánā ṛ́ṣva pāhi prajā́nann vidvā́n pathyā́ḥ ánu svā́ḥ ||
ಈ (ಸೋಮ)ವನ್ನು ನರರು—ಪರ್ವತಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆಪಃ (ನೀರುಗಳು)—ಹೇ ಇಂದ್ರ, ಗೋಭಿಃ (ಕಿರಣಗಳು/ಗೋವುಗಳು) ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಮಧುಮಂತವಾಗಿಸಿ, ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ನಿನಗಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸುಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಬಂದು, ಹೇ ಋಷ್ವ (ಉನ್ನತ) ಒಬ್ಬನೆ, ಕುಡಿ; ಪ್ರಜೆಯನ್ನು ಅರಿತವನು, ವಿದ್ಯಾವಂತನಾಗಿ, ನಿನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ಪಥ್ಯ (ಯೋಗ್ಯ) ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸು.
