Sukta 3.34
शुनं हुवेम मघवानमिन्द्रमस्मिन्भरे नृतमं वाजसातौ । शृण्वन्तमुग्रमूतये समत्सु घ्नन्तं वृत्राणि संजितं धनानाम् ॥
śunáṃ huvema maghávānam índram asmín bháre nṛ́tamaṃ vā́jasātau | śṛṇvántam ugrám ūtáye samátsu ghnántaṃ vṛtrā́ṇi saṃjítam dhánānām ||
ಈ ವಾಜಸಾತೌ—ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿ-ವಿಜಯದ ಈ ಸಮರದಲ್ಲಿ—ನಾವು ಮಘವಾನ್ ಇಂದ್ರನನ್ನು, ನರತಮನೆಂದು, ಶುಭ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವವನು, ಸಹಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಉಗ್ರನಾಗಿ ಸಮರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ವೃತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸುವವನು, ಧನಗಳ ಸಂಜಿತ—ಧನಸಂಗ್ರಾಹಕ ವಿಜಯಿ—ಅವನು ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗಲಿ.
