अवंशे द्यामस्तभायद्बृहन्तमा रोदसी अपृणदन्तरिक्षम् । स धारयत्पृथिवीं पप्रथच्च सोमस्य ता मद इन्द्रश्चकार ॥
Transliteration
avaṁśe dyām astabhāyad bṛhantam ā rodasī apṛṇad antarikṣam | sa dhārayat pṛthivīṁ paprathac ca somasya tā made indraś cakāra ||
Translation
ಅವನು ಮಹತ್ತಾದ ದ್ಯೌವನ್ನು ಆಧಾರಮಾಡಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದನು; ಎರಡು ರೋದಸೀಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತರಿಕ್ಷವನ್ನೂ ತುಂಬಿಸಿದನು. ಅವನು ಪೃಥಿವಿಯನ್ನು ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ಧರಿಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ವಿಶಾಲಗೊಳಿಸಿದನು—ಸೋಮಮದದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಇಂದ್ರನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದನು.
