देवानां युगे प्रथमेऽसतः सदजायत । तदाशा अन्वजायन्त तदुत्तानपदस्परि ॥
Transliteration
devā́nāṃ yugé prathamé 'sataḥ sád ajāyata | tád āśā́ ánv ajāyanta tád uttāná-padas pári ||
Translation
ದೇವತೆಗಳ ಮೊದಲ ಯುಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸತ್ನಿಂದ ಸತ್ ಉದಯವಾಯಿತು. ನಂತರ ಆಶೆಗಳ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಜನಿಸಿದವು; ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸುವ, ವಿಶಾಲ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯ ಆಧಾರಪದಗಳು ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದವು—ಅವುಗಳ ಸುತ್ತ ಲೋಕವು ನಿಲ್ಲಬಲ್ಲದು.
