Sukta 10.30
अध्वर्यवोऽप इता समुद्रमपां नपातं हविषा यजध्वम् । स वो दददूर्मिमद्या सुपूतं तस्मै सोमं मधुमन्तं सुनोत ॥
ádhvaryavo ’pá itā samudrám apā́m napātaṃ havíṣā yajadhvam | sá vo dadad ū́rmim adyā́ supū́taṃ tásmai sómaṃ mádhumantaṃ sunota ||
ಹೇ ಅಧ್ವರ್ಯವರೇ, ಆಪಃ (ಜಲಗಳ) ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಿರಿ; ಹವಿಷ್ಯದಿಂದ ಅಪಾಂ ನಪಾತನನ್ನು ಯಜಿಸಿರಿ. ಅವನು ಇಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸುಪೂತವಾದ ಊರ್ಮಿಯನ್ನು (ಲಹರಿಯನ್ನು) ನೀಡುವನು; ಅವನಿಗಾಗಿ ಮಧುಮಂತ ಸೊಮವನ್ನು ಪೀಡಿ ಹೊರತೆಗೆಯಿರಿ.
