Sukta 1.82
सुसंदृशं त्वा वयं मघवन्वन्दिषीमहि । प्र नूनं पूर्णवन्धुरः स्तुतो याहि वशाँ अनु योजा न्विन्द्र ते हरी ॥
su-sandṛ́śaṃ tvā vayáṃ mághavan vandiṣīmáhi | prá nūnáṃ pūrṇávandhuraḥ stutó yāhi váśāṃ ánu yója nv indra te hárī ||
ಹೇ ಮಘವನ್ (ಉದಾರ ದಾತ), ನೀನು ಸುಸಂದೃಶ—ನೋಡಲು ಮನೋಹರ; ನಾವು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಈಗ ಪೂರ್ಣವಂಧುರ (ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಜೂತಗೊಂಡ) ರಥದೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಸ್ತುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವನಾಗಿ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಎಳೆಯುವ ಇಚ್ಛೆಯ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಬಾ. ಹೇ ಇಂದ್ರ, ಈಗ ನಿನ್ನ ಎರಡು ಹರೀ (ಹಳದಿ/ತಾಮ್ರವರ್ಣ) ಅಶ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ಜೂತಗೊಳಿಸು.
