आ तत्ते दस्र मन्तुमः पूषन्नवो वृणीमहे । येन पितॄनचोदयः ॥
Transliteration
ā́ tát te dasra mantu-máḥ pū́ṣann ávo vṛṇīmahe | yéna pitṝ́n ácodayāḥ ||
Translation
ಹೇ ಅದ್ಭುತ (ದಸ್ರ) ಪೂಷನ್, ನಿನ್ನ ಆ ರಕ್ಷಕ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು—ಆ ಪ್ರೇರಿತ ಮಂತುವನ್ನು—ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮಿಗಾಗಿ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ; ಅದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ಪಿತೃಗಳನ್ನು ಚಲನೆಗೆ ತಂದು, ಸತ್ಯಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸಿದೆ.
