त्रिरश्विना सिन्धुभिः सप्तमातृभिस्त्रय आहावास्त्रेधा हविष्कृतम् । तिस्रः पृथिवीरुपरि प्रवा दिवो नाकं रक्षेथे द्युभिरक्तुभिर्हितम् ॥
trír aśvinā síndhubhiḥ saptá-mātṛbhiḥ tráya āhā́vā́s tredhā́ havíṣ-kṛtám | tísraḥ pṛthivī́r upári pravā́ divó nā́kaṃ rakṣethe dyúbhir aktúbhir hitám ||
ಹೇ ಅಶ್ವಿನರೇ, ಏಳು ಮಾತೃಗಳಿರುವ ನದಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ತ್ರಿವಾರ ಮೂರು ಆಹ್ವಾನಗಳು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ; ಹವಿಷ್ಯವು ತ್ರಿಧಾ ಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ರೂಪುಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. ನೀವು ಮೂರು ಪೃಥ್ವಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೀರಿ; ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ದ್ಯೌನ ಶಿಖರವನ್ನೂ—ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಯ ದಿನಗಳೂ ರಾತ್ರಿಗಳೂ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ—ಕಾಪಾಡುತ್ತೀರಿ.
