कुमारसम्भवः—गङ्गायां तेजोनिक्षेपः

प्रादुर्भूतं तत: क्षीरं कृत्तिकानामनुत्तमम् ।।1.37.28।।षण्णां षडाननो भूत्वा जग्राह स्तनजं पय:।
prādurbhūtaṁ tataḥ kṣīraṁ kṛttikānām anuttamam || 1.37.28 ||
ṣaṇṇāṁ ṣaḍ-ānano bhūtvā jagrāha stanajaṁ payaḥ |
ನಂತರ ಕೃತ್ತಿಕೆಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಕ್ಷೀರವು ಪ್ರಾದುರ್ಭವಿಸಿತು; ಅವನು ಷಡಾನನನಾಗಿ, ಆ ಆರು ಮಂದಿಯ ಸ್ತನಗಳಿಂದ ಹರಿಯುವ ಪಯಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದನು.
