अप्राप्य सदृशान् दाराननपत्यः प्रमीयताम्।अनवाप्य क्रियां धर्म्यां यस्याऽर्योऽनुमते गतः।।।।

Transliteration

aprāpya sadṛśān dārān anapatyaḥ pramīyatām | anavāpya kriyāṃ dharmyāṃ yasyāryo ’numate gataḥ ||

Translation

ಯಾರ ಅನುಮತಿಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಆರ್ಯ ಸಹೋದರನು ವನವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿದನೋ, ಆ ಪುರುಷನು ಯೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಾನ ಪತ್ನಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯದೆ, ಸಂತಾನವಿಲ್ಲದೆ, ಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಧರ್ಮ್ಯ ಕರ್ಮವನ್ನೂ ನೆರವೇರಿಸದೆ ಮರಣವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಲಿ.
