पश्य भल्लातकान् फुल्लान्नरै रनुपसेवितान्।फलपत्रैरवनता न्नूनं शक्ष्याम जीवितुम्।।।।

paśya bhallātakān phullān narair anupasevitān | phala-patrair avanatān nūnaṃ śakṣyāma jīvitum ||

Translation

ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣಾ, ನೋಡು—ಈ ಭಲ್ಲಾತಕ ವೃಕ್ಷಗಳು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಪುಷ್ಪಿತವಾಗಿವೆ, ಮಾನವರಿಂದ ಅಸೇವಿತವಾಗಿವೆ; ಫಲಪತ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ತಗ್ಗಿ ಬಾಗಿವೆ—ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಜೀವನ ಸಾಗಿಸಬಲ್ಲೆವು.
