निवर्तस्वेत्युवाचैव ह्येतावद्धि कृतं मम।रथं विहाय पद्भ्यां तु गमिष्यामि महावनम्।।2.52.14।।

Transliteration

nivartasvety uvācaiva hy etāvad dhi kṛtaṃ mama | rathaṃ vihāya padbhyāṃ tu gamiṣyāmi mahāvanam ||

Translation

ಅವನು ಹೇಳಿದನು: “ಮರಳಿ ಹೋಗು; ಇಲ್ಲಿವರೆಗೆ ನೀನು ನನ್ನಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀಯ. ರಥವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು, ನಾನು ಕಾಲ್ನಡಿಗೆಯಾಗಿ ಮಹಾವನಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವೆನು.”
