उवाचातिप्रहृष्टेव सा दुःखवशवर्तिनी।वाङ्ग्मात्रेण न भावेन वाचाऽसंसज्जमानया।।2.25.39।।

Transliteration

uvācātiprahṛṣṭeva sā duḥkhavaśavartinī | vāṅmātreṇa na bhāvena vācā ’saṃsajjamānayā || 2.25.39 ||

Translation

ದುಃಖದ ವಶದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ ಅವಳು ಅತಿಪ್ರಹರ್ಷಿತೆಯಂತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದಳು; ಭಾವದಿಂದಲ್ಲ, ಕೇವಲ ವಾಕ್ಮಾತ್ರದಿಂದ—ಮಾತು ಅಸಂಯತವಾಗಿ ಕಂಪಿಸುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.
