Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It emphasizes disciplined worship: mantra-japa with concentration, followed by respectful bodily acts (pradakṣiṇā and namaskāra), showing that inner focus and outer reverence should go together.
Bhakti is expressed through attentive remembrance (japa) and humble gestures (bowing and circumambulation) directed to Sūrya, cultivating reverence and steadiness of mind.
Ritual procedure (kalpa-style practice) is implied: the sequence of standing japa, pradakṣiṇā, namaskāra, and then sitting reflects a structured worship-vidhi rather than mere recitation.
