कृष्णाजिनं चतुर्हस्तं प्राग्ग्रीवं विन्यसेद्भुवि । गोमयेनोपलिप्तायां कुशानास्तीर्य यत्नतः ॥ ६ ॥
kṛṣṇājinaṃ caturhastaṃ prāggrīvaṃ vinyasedbhuvi | gomayenopaliptāyāṃ kuśānāstīrya yatnataḥ || 6 ||
ಗೋಮಯದಿಂದ ಜಾಗ್ರತೆಯಿಂದ ಲೇಪಿಸಿದ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಶವನ್ನು ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆಯಿಂದ ಹಾಸಿ, ನಾಲ್ಕು ಕೈ ಉದ್ದದ ಕೃಷ್ಣಾಜಿನವನ್ನು (ಕಪ್ಪು ಜಿಂಕೆಯ ಚರ್ಮ) ಪೂರ್ವಮುಖ ಗ್ರೀವೆಯಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು.
