The Narrative of the Pativrata

संदह्यमानोऽतितरां दिवा रात्रौ स भूरिशः । तस्य गेहे स्थितं वित्तं समादाय जगाम सा ॥ ६५ ॥

saṃdahyamāno'titarāṃ divā rātrau sa bhūriśaḥ | tasya gehe sthitaṃ vittaṃ samādāya jagāma sā || 65 ||

ಹಗಲು-ರಾತ್ರಿ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ದಹನದಿಂದ ಆ ಧನಿಕನು ಬಹಳ ಕಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟನು; ಅವಳು ಅವನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೊರಟಳು।
