Adhyaya 89 — The Pious King
ऋषिरुवाच
चकāर कोपमतुलं रक्तबीजे निपातिते ।
शुम्भासुरो निशुम्भश्च हतेष्वन्येषु चाऽहवे ॥
ṛṣir uvāca cakāra kopam atulaṃ raktabīje nipātite | śumbhāsuro niśumbhaś ca hateṣv anyeṣu cāhave ||
ಋಷಿಯು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ರಕ್ತಬೀಜನು ಹತನಾದಾಗ, ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಇತರ ಯೋಧರೂ ಸಂಹರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಿರಲಾಗಿ, ಅಸುರರಾದ ಶುಂಭ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಶುಂಭರು ಅತುಲ ಕ್ರೋಧದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದರು।
