वयमत्र महाभाग ! संस्कृता गुरुना त्वया ।
मया तव वचः कार्यमुपैमी कतमां गुरो ॥
vayam atra mahābhāga saṃskṛtā guruṇā tvayā | mayā tava vacaḥ kāryam upaimi katamāṃ guro ||
ಹೇ ಮಹಾಭಾಗ, ನನ್ನ ಗುರುವಾದ ನೀವು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಉಪನಯನ/ದೀಕ್ಷೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಬೇಕು—ಆದರೆ ಓ ಗುರು, ನಾನು ಯಾವ (ತಾಯಿಯ) ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು?
