मार्कण्डेय उवाच इत्युक्तः स तु सम्भारानशेषानवनिपतिः । आनिनाय चकारेष्टिं स च तां द्विजसत्तमः ॥
mārkaṇḍeya uvāca ity uktaḥ sa tu sambhārān aśeṣān avanipatiḥ / ānināya cakāreṣṭiṃ sa ca tāṃ dvijasattamaḥ
ಮಾರ್ಕಂಡೇಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ರಾಜನು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ತರಿಸಿದನು. ನಂತರ ಆ ದ್ವಿಜಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠನು ಆ ಇಷ್ಟಿ (ಯಾಗವಿಧಿ)ಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದನು।
