ततः कलाभिः सोमस्य वर्धन्तीभिरहः क्षये । आप्याय्यमानाहरहो वृद्धिं यातास्मि सत्तम ॥

tataḥ kalābhiḥ somasya vardhantībhir ahaḥ-kṣaye | āpyāyyamānā ahar-aho vṛddhiṃ yātāsmi sattama ||

ಆಗ ಸೋಮ (ಚಂದ್ರ)ನ ಕಲೆಗಳು ದಿನದಿಂದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ, ನಾನೂ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಪೋಷಿತಳಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ, ಹೇ ಪುಣ್ಯವಂತರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠನೇ।
