The text frames prediction as a disciplined reading of patterns (‘pāka’), implying that knowledge should be used to guide wise action rather than to inflame fear.
Ancillary cosmological/time-science material used alongside manvantara narratives; it supports Purāṇic world-order (loka-vyavasthā) rather than genealogies or creation proper.
‘Pāka’ (ripening) suggests that events mature according to subtle timings; the verse hints at a doctrine of latent causes becoming manifest when time and place align.
