तेषां नाशाय कर्तव्यं योगिनां तन्निबोध मे ।
स्निग्धां यवागूमत्युष्णां भुक्त्वा तत्रैव धारयेत् ॥
teṣāṃ nāśāya kartavyaṃ yogināṃ tan nibodha me / snigdhāṃ yavāgūm aty-uṣṇāṃ bhuktvā tatraiva dhārayet
ಆ ದೋಷಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡಲು ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು—ನನ್ನಿಂದ ತಿಳಿದುಕೋ: ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಬಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನಿಗ್ಧವಾದ ಯವಾಗೂ (ಗಂಜಿ) ತಿಂದ ಬಳಿಕ ಅದನ್ನು ಒಳಗೇ ಧಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
