Adhyaya 39 — Yoga Discipline: Posture, Breath Control, Sense Withdrawal, and Signs of Attainment
देशेष्वेतेषु तत्त्वज्ञो योगाभ्यासं विवर्जयेत् ।
सत्त्वस्यानुपपत्तौ च देशकालं विवर्जयेत् ॥
deśeṣv eteṣu tattva-jño yogābhyāsaṃ vivarjayet / sattvasyānupapattau ca deśa-kālaṃ vivarjayet
ಇಂತಹ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತತ್ತ್ವವಿದನು ಯೋಗಾಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ವರ್ಜಿಸಬೇಕು; ಮತ್ತು ಸತ್ತ್ವ (ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ, ಸಮತೋಲನ) ಲಭಿಸದಾಗ ಆ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನೂ ಆ ಕಾಲವನ್ನೂ ತ್ಯಜಿಸಬೇಕು।
