Adhyaya 39 — Yoga Discipline: Posture, Breath Control, Sense Withdrawal, and Signs of Attainment
इति श्रीमार्कण्डेयपुराणे पितापुत्रसंवादे प्रश्नाध्यायो नामाष्टत्रिंशोऽध्यायः । युञ्जतश्च सदा योगं यादृग्विहितमासनम् ॥
iti śrīmārkaṇḍeyapurāṇe pitāputrasaṃvāde praśnādhyāyo nāmāṣṭatriṃśo 'dhyāyaḥ | yuñjataś ca sadā yogaṃ yādṛg vihitam āsanam ||
ಇಂತೆ ಶ್ರೀಮಾರ್ಕಂಡೇಯ ಪುರಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ತಂದೆ–ಮಗ ಸಂವಾದದಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಪ್ರಶ್ನಾಧ್ಯಾಯ’ ಎಂಬ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯವು ಸಮಾಪ್ತವಾಯಿತು. ಈಗ—ನಿರಂತರ ಯೋಗಾಭ್ಯಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರತನಾದವನು ಯಾವ ವಿಧಿನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಆಸನವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಬೇಕು?
