यवव्रीहिसगोधूमतिला मुद्गाः ससरषपाः ।
प्रियङ्गवः कोविदारा निष्पावाश्चातिशोभनाः ॥
yava-vrīhi-sa-godhūma-tilā mudgāḥ sa-sarṣapāḥ / priyaṅgavaḥ kovidārā niṣpāvāś cātiśobhanāḥ
ಯವ, ಅಕ್ಕಿ, ಗೋಧಿ, ಎಳ್ಳು; ಸಾಸಿವೆ ಜೊತೆಯಾದ ಮೂಂಗು; ಪ್ರಿಯಂಗು, ಕೋವಿದಾರ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಷ್ಪಾವ—ಇವು (ಶ್ರಾದ್ಧಕರ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ) ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ.
