Adhyaya 30 — Madālasā’s Instruction on Household Duties and Naimittika–Śrāddha Rites
सर्वेषामेव वर्णानां बान्धवो नृपतिर्यतः ।
एतास्ते कथिता वत्स ! नित्यनैमित्तकास्तथा ॥
sarveṣām eva varṇānāṃ bāndhavo nṛpatir yataḥ | etās te kathitā vatsa! nityanaimittakās tathā ||
ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ರಾಜನು ತತ್ತ್ವತಃ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಣಗಳಿಗೂ ಬಂಧುವೇ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಪ್ರಿಯ ಮಗನೇ, ಇವು ನಿತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ನೈಮಿತ್ತಿಕ (ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂದರ್ಭಾಧಾರಿತ) ಧರ್ಮಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳೆಂದು ನಿನಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿವೆ।
