दत्तचक्षुरिवाकाशे पश्यामि विमृशामि च । प्रज्ञानवचनाद्यो5यमुपदेशो हि मे कृत:,आपने मुझे यह उपदेश क्या दिया, अन्धेको आँख दे दी। आपके इस ज्ञानमय वचनको सुनकर मैं आकाशकी ओर देखता और कर्तव्यका विचार करता हूँ
dattacakṣur ivākāśe paśyāmi vimṛśāmi ca | prajñānavacanād yo ’yam upadeśo hi me kṛtaḥ ||
ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ನೀನು ಅಂಧನಿಗೆ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ನೀಡಿದಂತೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ನಿನ್ನ ಜ್ಞಾನಮಯ ವಚನದಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ದೊರೆತ ಈ ಉಪದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ, ನಾನು ಆಕಾಶದತ್ತ ನೋಡುವಂತೆ 되어, ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವನ್ನು ವಿಮರ್ಶಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
