Shloka 4

मनसा चिन्तितस्येव प्रीतिस्निग्धस्य दर्शनम्‌ । प्रह्नमादयति मां वाक्यं भवता यदुदीरितम्‌

manasā cintitasyeva prītisnigdhasya darśanam | prahṇamādayati māṃ vākyaṃ bhavatā yad udīritam ||

ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಯಸಿದ, ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದ ಪ್ರಿಯ ಮಿತ್ರನ ದರ್ಶನ ಹೇಗೆ ಹರ್ಷ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುತ್ತದೋ, ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನೀನು ಉಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದ ವಚನವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಆನಂದಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
