द्रोण–सात्यकि-युद्धम्
Droṇa–Sātyaki Engagement
ततः प्रववृते युद्ध तुमुलं लोमहर्षणम् । अन्योनयं वै प्रार्थयतां योधानामर्जुनस्थ च,तदनन्तर एक-दूसरेको ललकारते हुए कौरव-योद्धाओं तथा अर्जुनमें रोमांचकारी एवं भयंकर युद्ध छिड़ गया
tataḥ pravavṛte yuddhaṁ tumulaṁ lomaharṣaṇam | anyonyaṁ vai prārthayatāṁ yodhānām arjunasya ca ||
ಆನಂತರ ಕೌರವ ಯೋಧರು ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಜುನನು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕುತ್ತಾ, ರೋಮಾಂಚಕರವೂ ಭಯಂಕರವೂ ಆದ ತೂಮುಲ ಯುದ್ಧವು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು।
