अब्रवीच्च तदा भीम: पार्षतं शत्रुतापनम्,उस समय भीमसेनने शत्रुओंको संताप देनेवाले धृष्टद्युम्नसे कहा--'ट्रुपदनन्दन! जब सूतपुत्र कर्ण और पापी दुर्योधन मारे जायँगे, उस समय विजयी हुए तुमको मैं फिर इसी प्रकार छातीसे लगाऊँगा'
abravīc ca tadā bhīmaḥ pārṣataṁ śatrutāpanam |
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಆಗ ಶತ್ರುಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಿಸುವ ಪಾರ್ಷತನ ಪುತ್ರ ಧೃಷ್ಟದ್ಯುಮ್ನನಿಗೆ ಭೀಮನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—“ತ್ರುಪದನಂದನನೇ! ಸೂತಪುತ್ರ ಕರ್ಣನೂ ಪಾಪಾತ್ಮ ದುರ್ಯೋಧನನೂ ಸಂಹರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವಾಗ, ವಿಜಯಿಯಾದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಾನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಇದೇ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ವಕ್ಷಸ್ಥಲಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು।”
