भूयो<हं त्वां विजयिन॑ परिष्वज्यामि पार्षत | सूतपुत्रे हते पापे धार्तराष्ट्रे च संयुगे,उस समय भीमसेनने शत्रुओंको संताप देनेवाले धृष्टद्युम्नसे कहा--'ट्रुपदनन्दन! जब सूतपुत्र कर्ण और पापी दुर्योधन मारे जायँगे, उस समय विजयी हुए तुमको मैं फिर इसी प्रकार छातीसे लगाऊँगा'

Transliteration

bhūyo ’haṃ tvāṃ vijayinaṃ pariṣvajyāmi pārṣata | sūtaputre hate pāpe dhārtarāṣṭre ca saṃyuge ||

Translation

ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು— ಹೇ ಪೃಷತನ ಪುತ್ರ (ಧೃಷ್ಟದ್ಯುಮ್ನ)! ನೀನು ವಿಜಯಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಾಗ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಆಲಿಂಗಿಸುವೆನು. ಸೂತಪುತ್ರ ಕರ್ಣನು ಹತನಾಗುವಾಗಲೂ, ಪಾಪಿ ಧಾರ್ತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ದುರುಯೋಧನನು ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಳುವಾಗಲೂ, ಆಗ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಇದೇ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ವಕ್ಷಸ್ಥಲಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು।
