उद्धूतत्वात् तु रजस: प्रसेकाच्छोणितस्य च
Transliteration
uddhūtatvāt tu rajasaḥ prasekāc choṇitasya ca
Translation
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಧೂಳು ಭಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಎದ್ದು ಹಾರಿದುದರಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ತವು ಧಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ಸುರಿದುದರಿಂದ, ಆ ರಣಭೂಮಿ ಮುಸುಕಾಯಿತು; ಇದು ಯುದ್ಧದ ಕ್ರೂರ ತೀವ್ರತೆಯನ್ನೂ, ಆ ಸಂಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಜೊತೆಯಾದ ಭಾರೀ ನೈತಿಕ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನೂ ಸೂಚಿಸಿತು।
