आकर्णपूर्णान् चिक्षेप फाल्गुनस्य रथं प्रति । उसकी ध्वजापर वाराहका चिह्न था। उसने गीधकी पाँखोंसे युक्त, सीधे जानेवाले, सोनारके माँजे हुए तथा कुपित विषधरके समान बहुत-से बाण धनुषको कानतक खींचकर शीघ्रतापूर्वक अर्जुनके रथकी ओर चलाये

ಅವನ ಧ್ವಜದ ಮೇಲೆ ವರಾಹಚಿಹ್ನೆ ಇತ್ತು. ಗಿಡುಗದ ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳೊಡನೆ, ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಹಾರುವ, ಚಿನ್ನಗಾರನಂತೆ ಮೆರುಗುಗೊಳಿಸಿ ತೀಕ್ಷ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ, ಕೋಪಗೊಂಡ ವಿಷಸರ್ಪಗಳಂತೆ ಅನೇಕ ಬಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಅವನು ಧನುಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಕಿವಿವರೆಗೆ ಎಳೆದು ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜುನನ ರಥದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಹಾರಿಸಿದನು.
