Duḥṣantasya Vana-praveśaḥ
King Duḥṣanta’s Entry into the Forest Hunt
दिविष्ठस्य भुविष्ठस्त्वं सखाभूतो मम प्रिय: । रम्य: पृथिव्यां यो देशस्तमावस नराधिप,यद्यपि मैं स्वर्गमें रहता हूँ और तुम भूमिपर; तथापि आजसे तुम मेरे प्रिय सखा हो गये। नरेश्वर! इस पृथ्वीपर जो सबसे सुन्दर एवं रमणीय देश हो, उसीमें तुम निवास करो
diviṣṭhasya bhuviṣṭhas tvaṁ sakhābhūto mama priyaḥ | ramyaḥ pṛthivyāṁ yo deśas tam āvasa narādhipa ||
ವೈಶಂಪಾಯನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ನಾನು ಸ್ವರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸಿದರೂ ನೀನು ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವೆ; ಆದರೂ ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಿಯ ಸಖನಾದೆ. ಓ ನರಾಧಿಪ! ಈ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯಂತ रम್ಯವಾದ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸು.
